Designed from the ground up exclusively for real estate agents and property marketers, we are making world-class property listing and marketing simple and accessible to everyone 

Now, for the first time, you can easily schedule a property to be digitized and, within approximately 1 to 2 business days or less in most major metros, will receive a complete digital marketing package that includes a stunning 3D virtual tour, high-resolution images, a polished, social-media-ready video, AI-generated property descriptions, and detailed floor plans with precise room measurements─all powered by Matterport’s Property Intelligence. 

And better yet, Matterport Marketing Cloud delivers MLS-ready data—no need for manual data entry. Simply copy and paste your property details from Matterport Marketing Cloud, or if you’re with the Flexmls, press “upload,” and get back to focusing on what really matters: closing deals and growing your business.

Tag Management

Say goodbye to the hassle of having to recreate tags manually from scratch!

With tag management, designers, architects, contractors and property managers can now effortlessly copy annotations, or tags, from one digital twin to another or import or export tags using CSV files. This is especially helpful for projects with long timelines that make accurate documentation across multiple scans especially challenging.

And now you can also add field tags in real-time as you scan a space, so annotations are accurate from the start. These field tags are automatically included in the final digital twin, eliminating the need for extra site visits and saving time and money.

Merge

Similarly, Matterport’s new Merge functionality enables multiple users to scan a space simultaneously and combine their work—up to 2,000 scan points—into a single digital twin. Merge has a powerful online user-interface that makes the process fast and easy. For large or complex properties, multiple team members can now scan at the same time to significantly reduce turnaround time. 

Whether you’re scanning office buildings, multi-unit developments, or expansive retail spaces, you and your team can now collaborate in real-time to get the job done in a fraction of the time.

Defurnish

Finally, Matterport’s groundbreaking defurnish tool solves a common problem that we’ve heard about from so many of you: clutter. Now, with a single click, you can transform a furnished living room or messy garage into a clean, open space—allowing potential buyers to visualize the home’s true potential. 

Now, with the latest defurnish feature, you can present the Matterport 3D tour to visitors fully unfurnished  as the default, including defurnished 2D property photos. This gives potential buyers an immediate look at a clean, unfurnished space—a blank canvas that lets them envision how the property could be arranged to suit their unique style and needs. And coming soon, you’ll be able to create a video highlight reel that showcases both the furnished and defurnished property, making space planning easy. 

Defurnish beta was previously announced in the 2024 Fall Release, and is now fully available to everyone.
